Located just over 6 miles from DFW, McCormick Park is a great place to spend a few hours in the Texas sunshine. The 12-acre park features a 1.3-mile running/walking/biking path and is open from 5am to 11pm daily. Your best option to get to the park is via taxi directly from the terminal.

Head to Fort Worth (23 miles) or Dallas (20 miles) and soak up some culture - One of the unfortunate things about Dallas Forth Worth Airport is that is it not particularly close to either Dallas or Fort Worth.
