Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is one of France's most attractively located airports, sitting between the sea and the Alps. Tram Line 2 connects directly from the airport to the city centre (Jean Médecin/Vieux-Nice) in about 20 minutes. The old port, the Promenade des Anglais, and the Cours Saleya flower market are all very accessible. On a clear day, the views from the plane approaching Nice are spectacular.
