This privacy and cookies policy (the Policy) sets out the basis on which we gather and use personal information which we collect from you, or that you provide to us, by using the Sanctifly website www.sanctifly.club and/or by downloading, installing or using the Sanctifly Application (together, the Site). The Site is operated by Sanctifly Limited, a company registered in Ireland with company number 577655 and registered office at 84 Northumberland Road, Dublin 4, Ireland (the "Company", "us", "we", "our"). Please read this policy and our Site terms of use [link] (the Terms) carefully. By using the Site you are consenting to be bound by the current policy and terms. If you do not agree to this policy or the terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Information we collect about you

1.1. Information you give to us: we will collect any information you provide to us through the Site. This includes, but is not limited to, information you provide when you: register on the Site to become a Sanctifly member, search our listings on the Site, make member bookings on the Site and carry out any other activity through the Site. We will also collect information you provide when corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. The information you give to us may include your name, address, e-mail address, your place of work/employer, phone number, financial and credit card information, and photograph.

1.2. Information automatically collected: for each visit you make to the Site, we will automatically collect the following information:

1.2.1. technical information, including: the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your login information, your browser type and version, your time zone setting, your browser plug-in types and versions, your operating system and platform.

1.2.2. information about your visit, including: your URL, clickstream to, through and from the Site (including date and time), items searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling and clicks) and methods used to browse away from the page.

1.3. Information from other sources: we may receive information about you from third parties, including our partner hotels/fitness/wellness facilities (Partners), sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, credit reference agencies. Upon written request, we will share with you any information received about you from them and the purposes for which we intend to use that information.

2.1. Information you give to us

2.1.1. We will use this information:

To carry out any obligations we may have to you as a Sanctifly member. Further information about Sanctifly membership is set out in our member terms and conditions [link].

To provide you with any information you request from us.

To provide you, or permit third parties (including our Partners) to provide you with information about goods or services that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about or that we feel may interest you. If you do not want us to use your data in this way, or to pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes, please inform us at the time we collect your information, or else contact us using the details set out below. 

To ensure that the Site's content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer, and to notify you about changes to our service.

2.2. Information automatically collected

2.2.1. We will use this information:

To administer the Site and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes.

To improve the Site to ensure that content is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.

To allow you to participate in any interactive features of our Site, when you choose to do so.

To help in keeping the Site safe and secure.

To deliver relevant advertising to you.

To make suggestions and recommendations to you and other users of the Site about goods or services that may be of interest you or them.

2.3.1. We will use this information for the purposes set out above, as appropriate. 

3. Disclosure of your information

3.1. We may share your information with selected third parties including: our partners, suppliers and sub-contractors in order to carry out any obligations we may have to you as a Sanctifly member.

3.2. We may also disclose your information to third parties: if Sanctifly buys or sells any business or assets; if Sanctifly is (or is partly) acquired by a third party; where required to do so by law; in order to enforce or apply the terms or member terms and conditions and other agreements, or; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sanctifly, our members, or others. 

3.3. We may share aggregate information (i.e. anonymous information about all of the visitors to the Site collectively) with: our partners, the company where you are an employee/officer and through which Sanctifly membership was advertised and made available to you, advertisers (who require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others), analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the Site and website developers in order to create a better overall experience for you.

4. Storage and security of your information

4.1. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. We will not store your personal information for longer than is necessary to carry out the purposes outlined in this policy. 

4.2. We will take appropriate security measures, including appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent against unauthorised access to, disclosures, destruction, loss, misuse or alteration to your information. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site and any transmission is at your own risk. 

5. International transfers of personal information

5.1. Given the international nature of our service, we may transfer your information to partners located in jurisdictions (including the United States) that may not offer the same level of data protection as in your home country. Any and all such transfers of your information will be done only as necessary in relation to carrying out our obligations pursuant to your Sanctifly membership. To the extent required by applicable law, we will address any applicable requirement to ensure an adequate level of data protection before transferring your information, by ensuring the execution of appropriate data transfer agreements or confirming other controls. 

6. Your rights

6.1. You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information that we hold about you. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal information for any purpose. You also have the right to have changed any inaccuracies in the details we hold about you, the right to have such data updated, the right to object to the use of your data and the right to block any specific uses of your data. Any of the above requests may be sent to hello@sanctifly.club. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information you have provided to us is accurate and up to date.

6.2. You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes or if we intend to disclose your information to any third party for such purposes. 7. Use of Cookies

7.1. We use "cookies" to help us remember details of your visits to the Site including, but not limited to, technical information about your visit e.g. traffic data, location data, your IP address, the type of browser you use, browser plug-in types and versions, the links or other resources that you access on the Site, page interaction information and the length of visits to certain pages.
