Points are the currency you use in the Liftoff app to book VIP lounge visits. Most plans — Liftoff, Voyager, Explorer and Trailblazer — include a points allowance that is deposited into your account whenever your subscription renews. Jetsetter does not include points. You spend points to reserve lounges and you can top up your balance at any time through the app. If you cancel your membership, any remaining points expire 30 days after cancellation.

Buy additional points anytime from the Profile tab in the app. Prices depend on your membership tier (higher tiers = cheaper points). Purchased points are non-refundable.
Yes — you can cancel within 30 days of registration for a full refund. Email hello@sanctifly.club using "Cancel and Request refund". Requests are handled within 2 working days.
