Prepare For Crowded Airport Lounges

Last year, airport lounges across the world were quiet spaces full of empty seats. Today, they are often full to capacity. There are three reasons why. First; the increased demand for travel is scaling beyond the ability of the operators to recruit. Covid restrictions also have a part to play, travelers are spending more time at the airport thanks to delayed and cancelled flights. Finally, we are all advised to arrive earlier at the airport, effectivly almost doubling the hourly volume of people in the airport at peck times.

The knock on effect is even with a Sanctifly access code, our members are unfortunately not guaranteed entry. While our lounges will do everything to admit guests with an access code, this will be limited to the capacity at the time.

We strongly recommend you book at least one day in advance and confirm on the lounge website your expected time of entry. Note this must be no more than 3 hour before your flight take off time.

For longer layovers, please confirm all the 3-6 hour options on the Sanctifly App.

A small comfort; if you are refused entry, Sanctfifly will reinstate your points so you can book another available location, we have 10 options at our top 100 airports to choose from.

Travel well

Which lounges are Sanctifly affiliated with?

We are delighted to partner with the following lounge partners: No1 Lounges, PlazaPremium and DragonPass. If you are having difficulties entering a lounge, here is what to do:

No1 Lounges: If you are entering a No1 Lounge, you will need to register your access code beforehand. We do recommend booking in advance to guarantee a spot in the lounge. You can book in advance here https://no1lounges.com. Enter your access code in the ‘Promo code’ box when asked.

PlazaPremium: access codes begin with “PPLNG”. Please advise the lounge operator that the code is compatible with PlazaPremium's system.

DragonPass: If your access code contains a “DP”, this means it is a DragonPass voucher. Please advise the lounge operator to drop the “DP” and enter the code into their system.

In the unlikely event a Sanctifly member is denied entry at a lounge, rest assured the points will be returned to your account.

Remember, Sanctifly is not just a lounge access app. If you are at the airport and the lounge is full, Sanctifly has plenty of other recommendations on how to spend your airport downtime. Our members get access to 3,500 wellness, fitness and relaxation options at 175 airports. Our members also get up to 100 hours of travel wellness content.
