Relax

Head to an Airport LoungeOne of the best ways to spend your airport downtime and get away from the hustle and bustle of the airport terminal is to head to an airport lounge. Boston Logan Airport has lots of different lounge options, some of which you need a membership to access and some of which you can pay at the door. Sanctifly has one partner lounge at BOS. Use a Sanctifly pass to visit the Air France Lounge in Terminal E. Take the dedicated lounge elevator or stairs to where the lounge is located. The lounge is open daily from 11:30 – 23:30. You can find and book lounge experiences over on the ‘Facilities’ tab.

Meditate

Airport ChapelA great way to get away from the chaos of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Prayer Room. Most airports will have multi faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself. There is a chapel at Boston Logan Airport that can be used as a quiet space for meditation. The chapel is located in Terminal C before security, on the Arrivals Level. Services may be conducted in the chapel from time to time.

Stretch

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move you muscles before getting on your flight. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. You won’t regret it!
