Meditate
ChapelA great way to get away from the busyness of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Interfaith Chapel. Most airports will have multi-faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation-videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself.Open daily for 24 hours. Located in the Atrium on the Upper Level. The chapel is located landside so make sure you take advantage of them before you head through security. If you have passed through security and still want to take some time for meditation, unused or empty gates are great spots in the airport to get some peace and quiet.
Get A Massage
XpresSpaRelax and enjoy your airport downtime by heading to XpresSpa. XpresSpa offers premium spa services such as massage, facials and nailcare right in the terminal. All services available at XpresSpa are catered to the time you have available before your next flight, so even if you only have 30 minutes to spare, you can still stop by and get a relaxing massage before continuing on your journey.Sanctifly members can use a Sanctifly pass to get $30 off XpresSpa services at all US locations. You can find and book an XpresSpa experience over on the ‘Facilities’ tab. There are two XpresSpa locations at CLT. Both spas are open daily from 07:00 – 22:00. Find one spa in Terminal A/B near Gate B1 and the other in Terminal D.
Stretch At The Gate
If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them requires equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab.
