Stretch
Yoga RoomThere is nothing better than a good stretch before sitting into the cramped seats of an airplane. O’Hare offers passengers a tranquil space to relax, unwind and stretch in the free yoga room. O’Hare was one of the first airports to offer this wellness facility to its passengers and many other airports have followed suit. With floor to ceiling mirrors and frosted glass windows the space is open and inviting and bathed in natural light. The yoga room is open every day from 06:00 to 22:00. There are lots of stretch and yoga tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. Located on the Mezzanine Level of the Terminal 3 Rotunda.
Relax
Head to an Airport LoungeGet away from the chaos of the airport and spend your airport downtime in an airport lounge. Chicago O’Hare has many lounge options, some of which are airline specific and some of which are open to everyone. Sanctifly members can use a pass to get access to the Air France KLM Lounge in Terminal 5. Enjoy hot and cold beverages along with internet access along with stunning 180° airfield views below. You can find and book lounge experiences over on the ‘Facilities’ tab.Located on the left-hand side prior to Gate M7. Located past security.
Visit The Urban Garden
Aeroponic GardenAeroponic gardening is a method of growing plants without soil. Through regular watering and creating a misted environment the plants thrive in the urban space. More than just a refreshing slice of nature in the airport, the garden produces many different herbs and vegetables such as basil, chives, oregano, lettuce and green beans, all of which are used by the many restaurants throughout the airport to feed hungry passengers every day. Get a breath of fresh air without ever leaving the airport by spending your time in the Urban Garden.Located in Terminal 3 over the corridor to concourse G.
Meditate
Prayer RoomIf you want a quiet space to meditate at O’Hare visit the Interfaith Airport Chapel. Most airports will have multi faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself.Located before security in Terminal 2 on the Mezzanine Level.
