Meditate

Interfaith Meditation RoomA great way to get away from the busyness of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Interfaith Meditation Room. Most airports will have multi-faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation-videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and center yourself.Located in Concourse B near Gate B14. Open daily, 24 hours.

Walk The Terminals

CVG Fitness PathsDon’t spend your airport downtime stuck at the gate, take the opportunity to move your body by following the CVG Fit to Fly Walking Paths. Walking is a great low impact exercise that helps to keep you healthy and improve your circulation. Four walking routes are marked in Baggage Claim Area, the Tunnel and in Concourses A & B. Although the loops are short they are a great way to get moving and get some exercise before your flight.

Stretch At The Gate

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. Movement and exercise can help with circulation and make it much easier to relax and even sleep on the plane. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. Take ten minutes to move your body before catching your flight you won’t regret it!
