Meditate
Interfaith CenterA great way to get away from the chaos of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Interfaith Center. Most airports will have multi faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself.
Walk The Terminals
CLE Health WalkUse the time before your flight to stay in shape by following the CLE Walking Routes. Walk the terminals and get in a light workout rather than sitting at the gate and waiting for your flight. Located in all three concourses. Walking is especially helpful if you have a late night flight and want to sleep on the plane. Follow the health walk and then find a quiet spot or an empty gate and follow our 'Yoga to help you sleep on the plane' video so you can get some rest while you fly and arrive feeling refreshed.
Stretch
If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. You won’t regret it!
