Walk the Terminals
LiveWell Walking PathGet some exercise without leaving the terminal by walking the LiveWell Walking Path. Endorsed by the American Heart Association, this in-terminal walk measures seven-tenths of a mile and features two optional step courses. Walking the terminals is a great option for getting a little exercise and moving your body before getting on a plane. It is especially useful if you have a late-night flight and want to sleep on the plane. Yoga Studio Do something good for your body and mind while waiting for your flight by spending your time in the complimentary Yoga Studio at DFW. Travelers will find complimentary practice mats, exercise balls and stretch bands to use. Close this article and tap the ‘Videos’ tab. You will find lots of fitness, stretch and yoga videos created specially for frequent travelers that you can follow along with.There are two yoga studios in the airport. Find on in Terminal B (D40/B1) and the other in Terminal E (E31). Both are located after security.Meditate
Interfaith ChapelA great way to get away from the chaos of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Interfaith Chapel. Most airports will have multi faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself.There are multiple locations throughout the airport. You will find chapels before security at A24 and C 15 and after security at B25, D21 and E4.Get Some Fresh Air
Sculpture GardenIf you want somewhere nice to sit in the fresh air but don’t want to actually leave the airport you can spend your airport downtime in the DFW Sculpture Garden. Breath in the fresh air and enjoy sitting in nature surrounded by beautiful sculptures and art pieces. The sculpture garden is located before security so you will need to pass through the security gates to access it. Make sure you give yourself enough time to go back through the gates if you are catching a connecting flight at DFW.Located outside the Terminal D Parking Garage.Sanctifly Site Overview
