There are two DAA lounges located in the airport and they vary in what they offer, however both are a great option for getting some peace and quiet at the airport. Sanctify members can use a pass to access the DAA lounges. You can find and book a lounge experience over on the 'Facilities' tab.Located after security in Terminal 1. This lounge is adjacent to the passenger screening area and The Loop retail zone. Access to the lounge is via the stairs or lifts.

Meditate

Prayer Rooms A great way to get away from the chaos of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Prayer Room. Most airports will have multi-faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself. There is a Chapel in Dublin Airport which is a one-minute walk from the Arrivals Hall. Follow the signs for the Interfaith chapel. There also a is a multi-faith prayer room in Terminal 2 on the Departures level.

Stretch at the Gate

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move you muscles before getting on your flight. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. You won't regret it!
