Relax In An Airport Lounge

Euroairport Skyview LoungeUpgrade your airport experience and get away from the busyness of the airport terminal by spending your airport downtime in the Euroairport Skyview Lounge. The lounge offers passengers a space to relax and enjoy their time at the airport with comfortable seating, complimentary snacks and beverages, shower facilities and more. The Skyview Lounge at BSL is a Sanctifly partner lounge. Premium members can use a Sanctifly pass to access the lounge.This lounge is located after security in the centre of the terminal next to the Duty-Free Shop on the Departures Level. Open Sunday – Friday from 05:00 – 20:00 and from 05:00 – 19:00 on Saturday.

Spend your airport downtime taking care of your mind. Travel can be stressful, even for the most experienced flyer. Meditation is a great tool to help reduce travel stress and help you to feel more energised as you take on the next portion of your journey. Stretch At The Gate

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. Movement and exercise can help with circulation and make it much easier to relax and even sleep on the plane. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them requires equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. Take ten minutes to move your body before catching your flight you won’t regret it!
