The Room of Silence is a great spot to enjoy a few moments of stillness and contemplation before continuing your journey. The Room of Silence Located in Concourse Z of Terminal 1. For an alternative meditation experience, find the Silent Chairs located throughout the airport. These comfortable chairs are surrounded with soundproof glass and have built in speakers so that you can listen so some relaxing music.There are also multiple Quiet Zones located throughout the airport so you can easily find a good spot to relax before your flight.

Yoga RoomsEnergize and centre yourself at Frankfurt Airport by taking advantage of one of two fully equipped yoga rooms. The yoga rooms are free of chrge and open 24 hours. Each room includes a full-length mirror wall, mats and a monitor showing yoga instruction videos with musical accompaniment.
