Relax

Head to an airport lounge.Use your airport downtime to relax and recharge by heading to an airport lounge. Lounges offer comfortable seating, snacks and free Wi-Fi away from the chaos of the airport terminal. It’s a great way to spend a little time recharging before catching your next flight. There are lots of airport lounges at JFK in all the terminals, some of which you need a membership to access and some of which you can pay at the door for entry.Sanctifly have 3 lounges at JFK featured on the app. Members can use a pass to access any of these lounges. Meditate

Interfaith Chapel | Terminal 4Take some time at the airport to recentre and recharge with some meditation. Travel can be a stressful experience and using your airport downtime to meditate or follow some simple breathing exercises is a great way to reduce that stress and make your journey more enjoyable. Head to the Interfaith Chapel at JFK and take advantage of the quiet, peaceful space. Follow one of the guided meditation videos in the Sanctifly app while you are there. Stretch and Move

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move you muscles before getting on your flight.
