Explore The Airport Art

LAX Art ProgramThe Art Program at LAX showcases diverse and memorable art pieces throughout the terminals. Featuring local and regional artists, the art program features permanent and temporary installations as well as performing arts exhibitions. Spend the hour before your flight walking the terminals and exploring the vibrant art scene.

Get Some Fresh Air

Observation DeckGet some fresh air and soak up the California sunshine at the observation deck at LAX. There are free telescopes on the deck so you can get a good view of the LAX airfield, or just sit and relax on the benches and enjoy the fresh air. Open from 09:00 – 17:00. Located in the middle of the Central Terminal on the roof of the LAX Theme Building.

Relax

Head to an Airport LoungeGet away from the hustle and bustle of busy airport terminal and spend your airport downtime in an airport lounge. Los Angeles International Airport has many lounge options, some of which are airline specific and some of which are open to everyone.When space is available at the Alaska Lounge in Terminal 6 you can pay $50 at the door for entry. The lounge offers beverages, snacks, Wi-Fi and comfortable seating so you can relax before your flight. Open Sun – Thurs 04:30 – 20:00 and Fri – Sat from 04:30 – 23:00. Find the lounge near Gate 64 in Terminal 6.Another option is the KAL Lounge on the 5th floor of the Tom Bradley International Terminal. Access to this lounge is only available through membership programs. Enjoy beverages, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating and shower facilities to freshen up before your flight. Open daily from 12:00 – 18:00. Sanctifly premium members can use a pass to access this lounge. You can find and book a lounge experience over on the 'Facilities' tab.
