Stretch At The Gate
Stretching and moving your body is great for promoting good circulation, preventing muscle stiffness and improving energy levels. You will be sitting a lot during your flight so take the time before you board to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. Take ten minutes to move your body before catching your flight, you won’t regret it!
