Stretch At The Gate
If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab.
Relax
Visit an Airport LoungeA great way to upgrade your airport experience is to spend your downtime relaxing in an airport lounge. Miami Airport has many lounge options, some of which are airline specific and some of which are open to everyone. Enjoy comfortable seating and a quieter environment to pass the time. Lounges will vary on what they offer guests so make sure you research before choosing one.Sanctifly has 1 partner lounge at Miami International Airport, Club America F in the Central Terminal. You can find and book a lounge experience using a Sanctifly pass over on the 'Facilities' tab.
Meditate
Multi-faith ChapelA great way to get away from the chaos of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Multi-faith Chapel. Most airports will have multi faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers to use. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself. The Multi-faith Chapel is located in the North Terminal D on Level 1 between International Arrivals & Baggage Carousel 22.
