Meditate

Quiet AreaTake some time for rest and relaxation by spending your airport downtime in the Quiet Zones at MSP. There are two quiet seating areas located inside the secure area of Terminal 1 on the Mezzanine Level overlooking the Airport Mall. A great space for reading, resting or meditation away from the hustle and bustle of the airport terminal. Choose one of our guided meditation videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself.Located after security in Terminal 1. Take the stairs or elevator located at the entrances to Concourses E or F and go up one level.

Relax In An Airport Lounge

Escape LoungeA great way to upgrade your airport experience is to spend your time waiting for your flight in the airport lounge. Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport has a number of airport lounge options available, some of which you need a membership to access, some of which are airline specific and some of which you can pay at the door. Sanctifly has one lounge partner at MSP, the Escape Lounge in Terminal 1. Enjoy comfortable seating, fresh food and Wi-Fi at this lounge. Open daily from 04:00 – 21:00.Sanctifly premium members can use a pass to access the Escape Lounge. You can find and book lounge experiences over on the ‘Facilities’ tab.This lounge is located near boarding gate E1.

Walk The Terminals

MSP Start! Walking PathMSP has teamed up with the American Heart Association’s nationally recognized Start! Walking program to offer travelers a way to stay fit while waiting for their flight. Walking is a fantastic light exercise that you can do without ever leaving the terminal. Walk the official 1.4-mile walking path at Terminal 1 and get in some exercise instead of sitting and waiting at the gate.
