Interfaith ChapelA great way to get away from the chaos of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Interfaith Chapel. Most airports will have multi faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself.The Interfaith Chapel is located before security between Gates C70-99 and C101-115.

Relax

Art & LoungeTake some time to relax and enjoy your travel downtime at the Art & Lounge. Enjoy a refreshing beverage, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable seating before you continue your journey. Airport lounges are a great way to upgrade your airport experience and have a more enjoyable and peaceful experience.Sanctifly premium members can use a pass to access Art & Lounge. Stretch

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. You won’t regret it!
