Inter-faith Reflection RoomA great way to get away from the busyness of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Interfaith Reflection Room. Most airports will have multi-faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight.
