Stretch At The Gate
If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. You won’t regret it!
Walk Around the Airport
Walking MapIf you have extra time, instead of sitting at your gate why not get some exercise while at the Salt Lake City International Airport? Track your miles with the walking map provided on the SLC website. The map shows routes for inside the airport’s post security area as well as outside. Please note that if you leave the airport’s secure area will need to allow enough time to go through a TSA security checkpoint to return to their gate. There are two walking paths you can follow. The path inside the terminal covers 1 ½ miles and the one that brings you outside is 1 mile long.
