Meditate

Meditation Space Travelling through airports can be stressful, even for the most seasoned traveler. Visit the Spirit of Silence Meditation Space at SAN and take advantage of the quiet, peaceful environment to relax and meditate before or after your flight. Space consists of a series of rooms with shifting glass panels so you can block out the noise of the airport and take some time for yourself.Choose one of our guided meditation-videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself.Located before security on the upper level of the Terminal 2 West Central Rotunda.

Stretch

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. Movement and exercise can help with circulation and make it much easier to relax and even sleep on the plane. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them requires equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. Take ten minutes to move your body before catching your flight you won’t regret it!
