Work Out & Play

Digital GymDon’t spend your airport downtime sitting at the gate. Get up and get moving at the Digital Gym in ICN. The gym uses technology to challenge visitors to jumping, stepping and dunking challenges. Move your body and have fun before catching your flight.Located in Terminal 2, near Gate 231. Open daily from 06:00 – 22:00.

Relax

Visit an Airport LoungeUpgrade your airport experience by spending the time before your flight relaxing in an airport lounge. ICN has many lounge options available to passengers, all offering comfortable seating away from the hustle and bustle of the airport. Sanctifly has several partner lounges at ICN. Premium members can use a pass to access the Mantina Lounges and the Sky Hub Lounges. Head over to the ‘Facilities’ and find the lounge that is best for you.If you want to relax but don’t want to go to an airport lounge, there are lots of nap and relax zones throughout the airport terminal with comfy reclining seats for passengers to use.

Meditate

Prayer RoomA great way to get away from the busyness of the main terminal is to spend some time in the Prayer Room. Most airports will have multi-faith prayer rooms available for traveling passengers. These are open, inviting spaces where guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful and take some time for reflection. Choose one of our guided meditation-videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and centre yourself. There are two prayer areas in Incheon Airport - one near east of Transportation Center 1BF, Terminal 2 and one near Gate 24 on 3F, Terminal 1.

Stretch At The Gate

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. Movement and exercise can help with circulation and make it much easier to relax and even sleep on the plane. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them requires equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. Take ten minutes to move your body before catching your flight you won’t regret it!
