Relax

Visit an Airport LoungeUpgrade your airport experience with a trip to an airport lounge. Enjoy comfortable seating with complimentary snacks and Wi-Fi in a peaceful environment away from the busyness of the airport terminal.Sanctifly has several partner lounges at SVO across most terminals. ChapelAirports can be stressful places, even for the most seasoned of travelers. Finding a quiet space to sit, relax and meditate will do wonders for your mental health and help make your airport experience more enjoyable. Chapels offer travelers a space away from the busyness of the terminal to relax and reflect. Choose one of our guided meditation videos, which you can find over on the ‘Videos’ tab and use your airport downtime to relax and center yourself.There are two chapels available at SVO airport. One is located before security in Terminal B and is open from 08:00 – 16:00 and the other is located on the 2nd floor of the transit area between Terminal E and the Railway Terminal AeroExpress. Open daily from 08:00 – 18:00.

Visit The Museum

History Museum of SheremetyevoGet in a little exercise and learn about the history and future plans for the airport at the History Museum of Sheremetyevo. Museums are also great places to find a little sanctuary and quiet at the airport. Find a quiet spot and do some meditation to help pass the time and relieve travel stress.Located in the Common Area of Terminal F on Floor 5. Open Mon – Thurs from 09:00 – 18:00 and on Friday from 09:00 – 15:30. Entry is free. Guided tours are also available but must be booked in advance.

Stretch At The Gate

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. Movement and exercise can help with circulation and make it much easier to relax and even sleep on the plane. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. Take ten minutes to move your body before catching your flight you won’t regret it!
