Walk The Terminals
Art at STLGoing on an airport art trail is a great wait to get some exercise and move your body before catching your next flight. Don’t spend your airport downtime sitting at the gate, get up and get moving! The airport has rotating and permanent art installations throughout the terminal building. There is also a gallery location in Terminal 1 near baggage claim where you can see the work of local artists displayed.
Stretch At The Gate
If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. Movement and exercise can help with circulation and make it much easier to relax and even sleep on the plane. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. Take ten minutes to move your body before catching your flight, you won’t regret it!
