Relax

Visit an Airport LoungeUpgrade your airport experience with a trip to an airport lounge. Don’t spend your travel downtime sitting at the gate, relax in the comfort of a lounge and get away from the hustle and bustle of the terminal.Sanctifly has two partner lounges at TPE. Walk The Terminals

Visit the Waiting RoomsDon’t spend your downtime sitting at the gate. Take advantage of your time and walk the terminals while you are waiting. Visit some of the unique waiting areas at TPE. These range from tropical themed waiting areas to a replication of the Jiulong Cave Trail to a green energy space where you can hop on a stationary bike and make some energy! Make the most of your airport downtime and move your body by exploring the terminals before your flight.

Visit The Museum

National Museum of HistoryExplore a piece of Chinese history and culture without leaving the airport terminal. Exhibitions and displays from the National Museum of History can be found at Terminal 1 (on the South Departure Corridors) and Terminal 2 (3rd-floor Departure Hall). Open daily from 08:00 – 18:00. There are also many public art exhibitions throughout the terminals.

Stretch At The Gate

If you don’t have much time at the airport before your flight but still want to do something good for your body and mind, take the time to stretch and do some yoga. You don’t even have to venture far from your gate, find a little space and stretch and move your muscles before getting on your flight. Movement and exercise can help with circulation and make it much easier to relax and even sleep on the plane. There are lots of video tutorials you can follow in the Sanctifly app and none of them require equipment or very much space. You can find them over on the ‘Videos’ tab. Take ten minutes to move your body before catching your flight you won’t regret it!
