Visit The Park
Dubai Creek ParkThe park is a great spot to get out in the fresh air and get some exercise without venturing too far from the airport. Visit the Aflaj Village, rent a bike and explore the paths or grab a bite to eat and one of the restaurants located in the park. The park offers lots of amenities and is an excellent opportunity to get out of the airport without heading to downtown Dubai. Open daily from 08:00 – 22:00. During Ramadan opening hours, change to 09:00 – 23:00. Entry to the park costs AED5 per person.Located 4.1 miles from the airport. The quickest and easiest way to get there is by taxi. You can also get public transport. Take the 33 Bus to British Council 1 and walk for approx. Fifteen minutes to get to the entrance of the park.Go For A Swim
Le Méridien Hotel & Conference CentreRoda Al BustanSpend your airport downtime getting a full-body workout at the pool. Make the most of the Le Méridien Hotel & Conference Centre and Roda Al Bustan leisure facilities and take a dip as you wait for your flight. Le Méridien Hotel & Conference Centre offers lots of pools available to guests, all outdoor, heated and with towels provided.Roda Al Bustan offers a large pool with sauna and steam room facilities available to relax after your workout.Both hotels are located less than 2 miles from the airport. There is no free shuttle to the Roda Al Bustan. Le Méridien Hotel & Conference Centre does offer complimentary airport transfers or grab a taxi from the terminal.Relax On The Beach
Al Mamzar BeachSpend your travel downtime relaxing on the sand or taking a dip in the ocean at Al Mamzer Beach. Located just 6.4 miles from the airport, the beach is the perfect spot to relax and unwind before continuing on your journey. There is also a running and cycling track along the water. Leave your luggage at the airport, grab your swimming gear and take a dip in the beautiful water. Head back to the airport for a shower and continue your journey feeling refreshed and relaxed.The quickest and easiest way to get there is by taxi. You can reach the beach via public transport however you will need to make a few transfers. Visit the RTA bus website to plan your route.Luggage Storage
