Why not go for a run and then head back to the airport and freshen up using the public shower rooms?The park is located 5.4 miles from the airport. Unfortunately, there are no direct public transport links to Schwanheimer Düne so your best option is hopping in a taxi.Swim In The Lake
Strandbad Langener WaldseeAnother great outdoor activity available close to Frankfurt airport is Strandbad Langener Waldsee. The lake is the largest leisure and recreation area in the Rhine-Main area. Lay in the sun on the 900 meters of sandy beach or take a dip in the swimming area.
