Spend your day strolling through the beautiful city, enjoying the architecture and vibrant atmosphere of Brussels. Always be sure you leave plenty of time to get back to the airport and through security before your next flight.

Transport Options

Bus: The airport bus station is located on Level 0, below the Arrivals Hall. De Lijn bus service connects BRU to Brussels city centre. The rise takes approx. 35 minutes and runs all day.Train: The train station is located directly under the Departures and Arrivals Halls, at Level 1. Train routes connect the airport to Brussels and to many surrounding cities and even countries. The train to Brussels city centre takes approx. 17 minutes. Visit the website to plane your route.

If you have an overnight layover at BRU and want to get a good night’s sleep, there are many hotel options to choose from. The Sheraton Hotel Brussels Airport is the closest, located just outside the airport terminal. There are many more options within the surrounding area and many offer guests a free airport shuttle.
